I can't download/open the product I just bought?

Make sure you right click on the link and select save target as. Save the file to the desktop and open with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it here for free. Don't left click the link as it will load in your browser. If you do this then you can select save a copy in the top left hand corner of the browser.

I can't play the video files I just bought?

The best program to open the AVI video files is VLC Media Player. You can download it here for free. If you still can't get the video to play in VLC then please submit a support question.
